meant to inspire

Join Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, Chantal Schriemer, Alyssa Morgado, and Ginette Petit during one or all of our  annual events! This year, 2024 will bring two events that are centered around the beauty of our Catholic faith.

  1. Sunday, August 25, 2024: The Queenship of Mary
  2. Sunday, November 3, 2024: All Saints Day

Each event brings a different vibe, but you can always expect good conversation, prayer, and feeling of community that we hope brings much peace to your body, mind, and soul.

P.S. Make sure you bring your Sweaty Saints Pass Card to get a stamp. Once you've attended 10 events, you'll get some Sweaty Saints swag for free!

We have been absolutely blown away by the blessings of support and donations that we have received through our past events. We are also continually amazed by the God-winks that we see along our journey - thank you so much to all the women who we have crossed paths with and who have supported us along the way. We are truly grateful for your prayers, your encouragement, and most of all, the gift of your presence in our lives - you are a gift to us! We are looking forward to seeing the fruits of our labour unfold, as we continue to grow our ministry. Pray for our Sweaty Saints Ministry team and please join us at our next workshop!

*The Roman Catholic Church celebrates a memorial in honour of the Queenship of Mary. "Furthermore, the queen mother had a real share in her son’s reign, helping in his mission to shepherd the people (Jer. 13:18-20) and serving as a trusted counselor (see Proverbs 31).  But most of all, the queen mother served as an advocate for the people, hearing their petitions and presenting them to the king." *For more information regarding the Queenship of Mary, click link here.
